Summit was formed in 1999 by Eric Bott and Chris Harpenau with the construction of the first free standing office suites building in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Since then, Summit has grown into a vertically integrated commercial real estate business entity focusing on client needs throughout the Northeast Georgia and Metropolitan Atlanta markets. Summit owns and manages commercial properties, provides design and build construction services for owner occupied and investment clients and offers real estate brokerage services for acquisition, disposition, investment and leasing.
